You’re invited to our Haus for an evening of grilling and chilling on the GAI lawn. Enjoy music, a German bratwurst from Deutschland Meats, and a cold beer! After the sun sets, watch a German film on our outdoor big screen.

At 8:45 p.m., we’ll be showing Cleo (2019) on an outdoor big screen. Called a German “Amelie,” Cleo, the 30-something protagonist hunts down a mysterious clock with the power to turn back time. The streets of modern-day Berlin become a colorful and whimsical setting for a fantastical treasure-hunt adventure. Learn more about the film, which was part of the Twin Cities German Film Festival last November. This film is family-friendly and shown in German with English subtitles.

Recommend: lawn chairs, blankets, and bug spray.
The film is free and open to the public, no meal purchase necessary. Preorder your meal or buy it onsite (while supplies last) from 5 to 7:30 p.m. The bar will be open until 10:30 p.m.
