Knödel, or dumplings, come in many variations: large, small, raised with yeast or baking powder, made with potatoes, flour, or filled with bread crumbs. Each region of Germany has its special version of this comfort food staple.
GAI cooking and baking expert, Helga Parnell, will demonstrate how to make Böhmische and Bayerische Knödel. You can follow along from your own kitchen and ask questions by chat as Helga shows the step-by-step process.
