Photography and Video Policy

Please note that photography and video recording may take place during all GAI festivals, programs, and events. By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in photos or videos captured by the Germanic-American Institute, members of the media, or event photographers. These images may be used by the GAI for promotional, educational, archival, and communication purposes, including on our website, social media, email communications, and printed materials.

If you prefer not to be photographed or part of a video, please let a GAI staff member or event photographer know, and we will make all reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.
