Responding to increasing demand for cultural programs and language classes, we are enhancing our spaces for greater accessibility and multipurpose use while expanding staff capacity to grow opportunities for generations to come.

Investing in our historic home to create accessible, flexible, and welcoming spaces for future generations.

  • Build a disability-friendly entrance, install a lift, and add a first-floor accessible restroom.

  • Restore the ground floor while upgrading lighting in all three rooms for classes and cultural programs.

  • Revitalize the Ratskeller with new flooring, furniture, and lighting while preserving its historic charm.

  • Make the third-floor ballroom more flexible for dance instruction, language classes, concerts, events, rentals, and meetings.

  • Refresh public spaces with updated paint, wallpaper, trim, and flooring.
