Build a disability-friendly entrance, install a lift, and add a first-floor accessible restroom.
Restore the ground floor while upgrading lighting in all three rooms for classes and cultural programs.
Revitalize the Ratskeller with new flooring, furniture, and lighting while preserving its historic charm.
Make the third-floor ballroom more flexible for dance instruction, language classes, concerts, events, rentals, and meetings.
Refresh public spaces with updated paint, wallpaper, trim, and flooring.
