Investing in our historic home to create accessible, flexible, and welcoming spaces for future generations.

  • Build a disability-friendly entrance, install a lift, and add a first-floor accessible restroom.

  • Restore the ground floor while upgrading lighting in all three rooms for classes and cultural programs.

  • Revitalize the Ratskeller with new flooring, furniture, and lighting while preserving its historic charm.

  • Make the third-floor ballroom more flexible for dance instruction, language classes, concerts, events, rentals, and meetings.

  • Refresh public spaces with updated paint, wallpaper, trim, and flooring.
