Rental Information

The GAI Haus at 301 Summit Avenue is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is available on a limited basis for private event rentals. We primarily host small to medium-sized gatherings that use select areas of the Haus. On occasion, we accommodate larger events that align with the unique character of the space. The GAI Haus is not ADA accessible.

Entire Haus $ 2200 (4 hours)
Main Floor Only $ 1000 (4 hours)
Third Floor Only $ 800 (4 hours)
Ratskeller Only $ 800 (4 hours)
*special rates for GAI partners and nonprofits

Haus Capacity

Main floor - 70 people (Seating capacity of dining rooms)
Ratskeller - 100 people (Seating capacity of three rooms)
Ballroom - 100 people (Seating capacity)
