Partner Event: Summit Hill House Tour

The Germanic-American Institute is thrilled to be one of the stops on this year’s Summit Hill House Tour!

Hosted in partnership by the Summit Hill Association and Ramsey Hill Association, the Summit Hill House Tour is a one-day architectural tour that grants tour-goers a rare inside look at some of the most historic homes and public spaces in St. Paul.

The 2024 Home Tour takes place on Sunday, September 22, 2024. It features a mix of grand Summit Avenue mansions, churches, historic family homes, duplexes and a new construction penthouse that reflect both the rich history and future of the neighborhood.

Expanded programming over the House Tour Weekend includes an exclusive pre-tour evening at a Summit Avenue mansion that is not otherwise on the tour, Brunch at the restored Summit Manor, and a post-tour reception at the University Club.
